Our Bios
Nick Molinaro, Ed.D., Sport Psychologist, is a co-founder of Vangtage Sport Psychology Group,LLC. He is a Licensed Psychologist has been working with athletes, business executives and performing artists for more than 20 years. Dr. Molinaro earned his Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Scranton, his Masters from Kean College of New Jersey, and his doctoral degree in Human Development from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has received post–graduate education and training at The College of William and Mary, Temple University, and San Diego University for Integrative Studies (SDUIS). He is a member of The Association for Applied Sport Psychology, New Jersey Psychological Association, and the American Psychological Association, Divisions of Sport Psychology and Counseling Psychology.
Chris Michaels, Ph.D., Sport psychologist and co-founder in Vantage Sport Psychology Group, has been in private practice for over 20 years. He is a Licensed Psychologist and has a broad range of experience working with athletes. Dr. Michaels received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware, his Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University, and his Doctorate in Psychology from Seton Hall University. In addition, Dr. Michaels has received post-graduate education and training at San Diego University for Integrative Studies (SDUIS) in Sports Psychology. He is a professional member of the Association for the Advancement of Applied Sports Psychology (AAASP), as well as a full member in the American Psychological Association (APA), the NJ Psychological Association (NJPA), and APA Division 47 - Exercise and Sport Psychology. He is a member of the American Society for Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH). Dr. Michaels, a former Division I athlete, served two seasons as captain of the University of Delaware Track and Field Team.
